Our trustees

Mike Pratt

Mike has been CEO of Northumberland Wildlife Trust since September 2005. Before this, he spent 7 years at North York Moor National Park Authority as Head of Information, Education and Visitor Services. He has also worked for Cleveland County Council.

Judy Hills

Judy currently works as Key Account Manager for the Woodland Trust and has been raising funds for charitable causes since 2003, including MND Association, Diabetes UK, British Red Cross and WWF Scotland. Previous to this, she worked for Virgin Retail Ltd and spent a year teaching Events Management at London Metropolitan University.

Frank Fletcher

Frank has been CEO of the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust since 2005, a national charity that works with young people, aged 8-24, inspiring them to believe in a brighter future living through and beyond cancer. Through sailing, outdoor activity trips and virtual year-round support, young people feel more positive, accepted, confident and independent as they start to look ahead to what’s possible and re-establish their place in the world.

Before his appointment at the Trust, Frank worked at the UKSA, a youth charity utilising the power of the outdoors to transform young people’s lives.

Trustee Recruitment

Postcode Society Trust provides grants to support smaller charities and good causes in the south of England to make a difference to their community. We are now recruiting for three Trustees to join our small friendly Board. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing grant making Trust. Trustees will have the opportunity to build up a greater understanding of charity funding, as well as visiting beneficiary organisations and attending two Board meetings per year.

The Trust is committed to ensuring that principles of equality, diversity and inclusion underpin our approach to our governance, activities, and beneficiaries. We know that equality, diversity and inclusion strengthen the work we do and lead to better outcomes for our beneficiaries, and greater societal impact. We actively encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds and from all sections of the community to apply for these Trustee roles.

If you have an interest in supporting smaller charities and for more information about this exciting opportunity including how to apply, please visit the dedicated microsite below.
